Lincoln Electric Prism Wall Mount Welding Fume Extractor, 10 ft Arm, Arc Sensor

This Lincoln Electric Prism Wall Mount welding fume extractor is a One-Pak that combines a single flexible 10 ft extraction arm with a Prism 2400 fan, a disposable MERV 14 filter and an Arc Sensor/Lamp Kit. The wall-mounted, low-vacuum unit handles light to medium duty fume and suits job shops, welding schools and maintenance departments with fixed stations and tight floor space.

The Prism 2400 fan runs on 115 V, 1-phase, 60 Hz power at 1 HP and uses self-cleaning concave blades; Lincoln quotes its 735 CFM output with the Prism flexible 13 ft extraction arm rather than the 10 ft flexible arm in this package. The Arc Sensor/Lamp Kit switches the fan on when it senses the arc flash, and a lamp/fan switch on the hood allows manual control of the light and fan.

A disposable MERV 14 filter with a 3D pleated structure and 538 ft² (50 m²) of capacity handles filtration, and a spark arrestor in front of it serves as a pre-filter that catches larger-sized particulate. The One-Pak format simplifies choosing the components for a wall-mounted welding fume extraction system.
