Lincoln Electric Prism Wall Mount Welding Fume Extractor, 4-6 ft Arm, Starter

This Lincoln Electric Prism Wall Mount welding fume extractor is a One-Pak that combines a single counterweighted telescopic 4-6 ft extraction arm with a Prism 2400 fan, a disposable MERV 14 filter and a starter/overload switch. The wall-mounted, low-vacuum unit handles light to medium duty fume and suits job shops, welding schools and maintenance departments with fixed stations and tight floor space.

The Prism 2400 fan runs on 115 V, 1-phase, 60 Hz power at 1 HP and uses self-cleaning concave blades; Lincoln quotes its 735 CFM output with the Prism flexible 13 ft extraction arm rather than the 4-6 ft telescopic arm in this package. The telescopic arm is counterweighted and can move in and out of its normal position. When no Arc Sensor/Lamp Kit is fitted, the starter/overload switch gives simple on/off control.

A disposable MERV 14 filter with a 3D pleated structure and 538 ft² (50 m²) of capacity handles filtration, and a spark arrestor in front of it serves as a pre-filter that catches larger-sized particulate. The One-Pak format simplifies choosing the components for a wall-mounted welding fume extraction system.
