Lincoln Electric Prism Wall Mount Fume Extractor Base Unit, Single Arm, MERV 16

This Lincoln Electric Prism Wall Mount welding fume extractor base unit is the single-arm version with a MERV 16 filter. The stationary unit hangs on the wall and extracts and filters light to medium duty welding fume at low vacuum, a good fit for welding schools, job shops and maintenance departments.

The MERV 16 filter uses a 3-D pleated structure with 538 ft² (50 m²) of capacity, and its generous size helps keep operating costs down. A spark arrestor serves as a pre-filter that takes out larger-sized particulate before it reaches the filter. Airflow is 735 CFM when a flexible 10 ft or 13 ft extraction arm and a Prism 2400 1 HP fan are fitted.

The single arm configuration adapts to different application requirements, and the system reduces dust and dirt in the operator's work environment. Because the unit mounts on the wall, it suits shops that weld at fixed work stations and have little floor space to spare.
