Lincoln Electric Prism Wall Mount Fume Extractor Base Unit, Dual Arm, HEPA H14

This Lincoln Electric Prism Wall Mount welding fume extractor base unit carries an H14 HEPA ePTFE filter and takes two extraction arms, one for each work station; the two arms can differ. The stationary, wall-mounted low-vacuum unit handles TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding, plus light-duty stick (SMAW) and flux-cored welding.

It is a base unit only, without extraction arms, sensors, switches or fans; a working system also needs a Prism fan, a pair of extraction arms, and a pair of starter/overload switches or Arc Sensor/lamp kits. Airflow is rated at 735 CFM per arm with a flexible 10 ft or 13 ft Prism Wall Mount arm and a Prism 2400 fan, or 1,200 CFM when two Prism 2400 fans run in the dual arm setup. An optional 7 ft or 14 ft extension crane, paired with a Prism 4200 fan, extends reach up to 27 ft.

The 3-D pleated H14 HEPA ePTFE filter gives 538 sq ft (50 m²) of area for high-efficiency filtration at a lower operating cost, and an integrated spark arrestor removes larger particulate upstream of the main filter. Wall mounting saves floor space where work stations stay in one place, and the unit cuts dust and dirt around the operator.
