Lincoln Electric Prism Wall Mount Mechanized Single-Arm Fume Extractor Base Unit

This Lincoln Electric Prism Wall Mount welding fume extractor with Mechanized Cleaning is the single-arm base unit, built around a self-cleaning MERV 16 filter. The stationary, wall-mounted low-vacuum unit serves fixed work stations in welding schools, job shops and maintenance departments where floor space is limited.

Its pleated filters clean themselves, which cuts filter replacement costs, and they offer 568 ft² (52 m²) of capacity; generously sized filters also help lower operating costs. The filters load from the front, and an air pressure gauge shows when they need replacing. The integrated spark arrestor pre-filters larger-sized particulate and also dampens sparks.

In the single arm configuration, the system is rated at 735 CFM with a flexible 10 ft or 13 ft extraction arm and the Prism 2400 1 HP fan. The flexible single arm layout can be matched to the application, and the unit reduces dust and dirt in the operator's work environment.
