Lincoln Electric Ranger 300MP LPG Propane Welder Generator, 300A, 9,500W, Rehlko

The Lincoln Electric Ranger 300MP LPG is a propane welder generator built for plants, refineries and other restricted sites where gasoline or diesel units may be off limits. Its 21.5 hp Rehlko CH730 LP engine burns liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and drives up to 300 A of stick, MIG and flux-cored welding plus 9,500 W of continuous 120/240 V AC power.

This engine-driven welder covers stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW) and flux-cored welding over a 35-300 A and 15-30 V range, set with a glove-friendly single knob. Digital amp and volt meters and a front-facing engine hour display sit on the panel, and a remote switch with a 6-pin connection accepts the optional K857 (25 ft) and K857-1 (100 ft) remote output controls. Starting uses a manual choke and carburetor, with 2,500 RPM idle and 3,600 RPM high idle.

As a welder/generator it delivers 9,500 W of continuous 120/240 V single-phase power through four 120 V receptacles and one 240 V receptacle, with GFCI-protected receptacles in the design. Total harmonic distortion under 5% makes the power suitable for laptops and other sensitive electronics. The IP23S-rated galvanized steel unit weighs 424 lbs and measures 26.4 in. H x 20 in. W x 36.4 in. L, or 33.1 in. to the top of the exhaust.
