The Lincoln Electric Ranger Air 330MPX is a multi-function welder generator with a built-in air compressor, combining welding, air, AC power and battery charging with jump assist. It provides up to 330 A for stick, TIG, MIG, flux-cored and gouging work, 10,000 W of continuous AC power and a Vanair rotary screw compressor rated 40 CFM at 150 psi.

This engine-driven welder runs CC stick at 35-330 A, touch-start TIG at 25-330 A and CV wire at 16-27 V, with carbon arc gouging among its processes alongside stick (SMAW), TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW) and flux-cored welding. Ready.Set.Weld and Chopper Technology support arc performance, and CrossLinc provides the communication link. The compressor delivers 40 CFM at 150 psi with a 225 psi maximum system pressure, protected by a safety relief valve and a high-temperature shutdown.

Built with contractors, maintenance crews and field service technicians in mind, the welder/generator supplies 10,000 W of continuous single-phase power at 120/240 V, 60 Hz. Variable engine speed control matches output to demand, programmable auto stop/start cuts idle time and maintenance alerts flag service needs. The Kohler Command Pro ECH749 is an OHV, two-cylinder, air-cooled gasoline engine with EFI and an electronic throttle body, rated 26.5 hp, with an 11 gal (41.6 L) tank; the unit weighs 565 lbs (256 kg).
