Lincoln Electric Sprinter 180Si Stick/TIG Welder, 120/230V, Foot Pedal One-Pak
The Lincoln Electric Sprinter 180Si is a portable DC stick and pulsed TIG welder that switches between 120 V and 230 V input, and the Foot Pedal TIG One-Pak & Case is its TIG-ready package with foot pedal control. On 230 V it gives 180 A for stick and 200 A for DC TIG, and the welder weighs 19.5 lbs (8.85 kg).
Output follows the supply. On 230 V the stick range is 20-180 A, rated 180 A at 26.4 V and 25% duty cycle, and DC TIG covers 10-200 A, rated 200 A at 16.4 V and 25%. On 120 V the machine gives 10-85 A stick and 10-110 A TIG, each rated at 40% duty cycle, so light-duty repairs are possible on a 20 A household or generator circuit. Electrodes up to 3/32 in. suit 120 V; on 230 V the limit is 5/32 in. (4.0 mm).
Stick welding (SMAW) offers a Crisp Arc mode for 6010/6011 cellulosic rod and a Soft Arc mode for 7018 low-hydrogen electrodes, with Hot Start and arc force. TIG (GTAW) arcs start by high frequency or Lift-Arc, and DC pulse runs from 0.1 to 100 PPS. The foot pedal and other Amptrol controls plug into an 8-pin Amphenol connector, the work lead uses a Dinse-style connection, and the output is DC only, so aluminum cannot be TIG welded.
