Lincoln Electric Statiflex 200-M Dual Weld Wall-Mount Fume Extractor, One-Pak

Lincoln Electric's Statiflex 200-M Dual Weld One-Pak is a wall-mounted welding fume extractor that works at low vacuum, handling light to medium-duty fume extraction and filtration. Its large disposable filter cartridge and compact footprint suit job shops, welding schools and maintenance departments that weld at fixed workstations with little floor space.

Airflow reaches 735 CFM when the system runs LFA 3.1 or LFA 4.1 extraction arms with the SF2400 fan. A spark arrestor doubles as a pre-filter for larger particulates, which protects the main filter, and the system cuts dust and dirt in the operator's area and the surrounding work areas.

A 3-D pleated filter structure gives 538 ft² (50 m²) of capacity, which Lincoln ties to higher filter efficiency, longer filter life, fewer replacements and lower operating costs. The design is offered as single-arm or dual-arm units, so the configuration can follow the application and help keep the work environment cleaner.
