Lincoln Electric Vantage 322 Ready-Pak 2 Welder Generator, Trailer

The Lincoln Electric Vantage 322 Ready-Pak 2 is a diesel welder generator supplied on a factory-installed trailer for construction, pipeline and rental fleet work. Its 22 hp Kubota Tier 4 Final engine delivers up to 400 A of multi-process welding output, a 300 A IEC rating at 100% duty cycle and 11 kW of continuous three-phase auxiliary power.

Ready-Pak 2 (K2409-5-RP2) combines the Vantage 322 engine-driven welder with a factory-installed trailer. Five modes, Arc Gouging, CV-Wire, DC Touch Start TIG, Downhill Pipe and CC-Stick, cover stick (SMAW), MIG (GMAW), flux-cored welding (FCAW), TIG (GTAW) and carbon arc gouging, and the gouging mode takes carbon rods up to 5/16 in. (8.0 mm) without stalling the engine. Chopper Technology and a hot start keep the arc smooth, with low spatter and easier restrikes.

As a welder/generator it supplies three-phase output of 12.5 kW peak and 11 kW continuous and single-phase output of 11.5 kW peak and 10 kW continuous, enough for power tools and plasma cutters while welding. The four-cylinder Kubota diesel draws from a 20 gal tank, stainless steel panels and an easy-access service door simplify maintenance, and automatic engine shutdown, a VRD, sealed GFCI receptacles and circuit breakers on all outputs add protection.
