The Lincoln Electric Vantage 435X Ready-Pak 1 is a diesel welder generator for demanding industrial projects, preassembled with a trailer, fender and light kit, cable rack, three Tweco weld cables, a work clamp and an electrode holder. Its Deutz engine powers arc gouging, stick, TIG, MIG, pulsed MIG and flux-cored welding, with 17 kW of continuous three-phase auxiliary power.

Ready-Pak 1 (K4107-3-RP1) bundles the medium two-wheel trailer (K2636-1), a cable rack, a fender and light kit, 3/0 Tweco weld cables in 50 ft and 10 ft lengths, a GC-500 work clamp and an EH-405HD electrode holder with this engine-driven welder. Output ranges are CC stick 30-525 A, downhill pipe 40-350 A, touch-start TIG 20-350 A, CV wire 10-45 V and arc gouging 60-525 A, with carbon rods up to 3/8 in. (9.5 mm).

CrossLinc and ArcLink carry full parameter control to the arc over standard weld cables, and pulse modes help with out-of-position welds and low heat input. The 34.8 hp (25.9 kW) Deutz D2.9L4 is a naturally aspirated, water-cooled diesel meeting EPA Tier 4 Final, with a 20 gal (75.7 L) tank. As a welder/generator it supplies 11,000 W single-phase at 120/240 V and 17,000 W three-phase at 240 V, continuous, through NEMA 5-20R, 14-50R and 15-50R receptacles. Net weight is 1998 lbs (906 kg).
