Lincoln Electric Vantage 435X Ready-Pak 3 Welder Generator, Trailer, Cable Rack
The Lincoln Electric Vantage 435X Ready-Pak 3 is a diesel welder generator for heavy-duty industrial work, preassembled with a medium two-wheel trailer, a fender and light kit and a cable rack. Its Deutz engine powers arc gouging, stick, TIG, MIG, pulsed MIG and flux-cored welding, with 11,000 W single-phase and 17 kW three-phase continuous auxiliary power.
Ready-Pak 3 (K4107-3-RP3) combines this engine-driven welder with the medium two-wheel trailer (K2636-1), a fender and light kit (K2639-1) and a cable rack (K2640-1). Output ranges are CC stick 30-525 A, downhill pipe 40-350 A, touch-start TIG 20-350 A, CV wire 10-45 V and arc gouging 60-525 A, with carbon rods up to 3/8 in. (9.5 mm), for construction, pipeline and fabrication work.
CrossLinc and ArcLink allow output changes at the arc, True Voltage Technology compensates for voltage drop on long cable runs, and pulse modes help with out-of-position welds and low heat input. The 34.8 hp (25.9 kW) Deutz D2.9L4 is a naturally aspirated, water-cooled diesel meeting EPA Tier 4 Final, with a 20 gal (75.7 L) tank. The welder/generator supplies 11,000 W single-phase at 120/240 V and 17,000 W three-phase at 240 V, continuous, through NEMA 5-20R, 14-50R and 15-50R receptacles. Net weight is 1898 lbs (861 kg).
