Lincoln Electric VIKING 3250D FGS Hard Hat PAPR Welding Helmet, Standard Battery

The Lincoln Electric VIKING 3250D FGS Hard Hat PAPR is a PAPR welding helmet with an integrated hard hat for industrial impact protection, a HEPA-filtered intelligent blower and an extra-large 12.5 sq in auto-darkening 4C lens. The helmet has a built-in clear grind shield plus side windows rated shade 5, and the hard hat meets CSA Z94.1 and ANSI/ISEA Z89.1.

As a NIOSH 42 CFR Part 84 approved loose-fitting, positive-pressure respirator, it draws in shop air, filters it and delivers breathable air to the welder. The multi-component HEPA filter system is rated 99.97% at 0.3 microns, and the intelligent blower adds an LED display, audible and vibratory alerts and automatic speed adjustments; this version uses the standard battery.

The hard hat's high-density polyethylene (HDPE) shell and simple adjustable fit provide industrial impact protection. Side windows rated shade 5 and the integrated clear grind shield widen the field of view whether the helmet is open or closed, and the 4C lens with 1/1/1/1 optical clarity broadens the range of colors and hues visible in both light and dark states for a clearer view of the base material, arc and puddle.
