Miller 20 Series Basic Wire Feeder, 15 ft Bernard BTB 300A MIG Gun, 951779001

The Miller 20 Series Basic is a wire feeder for MIG (GMAW) and flux-cored welding, packaged here with a 15 ft Bernard BTB 300 A MIG gun and a 10 ft 14-pin interconnecting cord. It feeds .023 to 5/64 in. wire at 75-750 IPM and leaves out the run-in control, remote voltage control and digital meters of the Digital model (951780001).

Trigger hold lets the operator make long welds without holding the gun trigger, and on-board motor ramp and burnback control give positive arc starts and clean stops on a variety of power sources. The 16-gauge sheet metal housing stands up to rough service, and adding the optional wire reel assembly (108008) lets the feeder take a 60 lb coil.

Input power is 24 VAC, 3.5 A, 50/60 Hz; the feeder weighs 46 lbs and measures 16 in. high, 12.375 in. wide and 27.875 in. deep. Besides the gun and the cord, the package includes four .035/.045 V-groove drive rolls and Centerfire contact tips, three in .035 and two in .045.
