This Miller 20 Series wire feeder adds meters and run-in voltage control to the industrial four-roll design built for manufacturing and fabrication. Its four drive rolls are gear-driven and quick-change, motor ramp, burnback control and trigger hold are standard, and the feeder uses a standard 14-pin connection.

Gear drive on all four rolls gives smooth, positive feeding with most wires, and quick-change rolls keep roll swaps short. Motor ramp and burnback control handle wire starting and stopping, and trigger hold lets the operator finish long welds without holding the trigger down, which reduces fatigue. The industrial design is aimed at high-duty-cycle applications that run day in and day out.
