Miller AlumaFeed 350 MPa Aluminum Pulsed MIG Welder, 25 ft Push-Pull Gun, 951834

The Miller AlumaFeed 350 MPa is an aluminum pulsed MIG welder package that combines the AlumaPower 350 MPa power source, an XR-AlumaFeed Suitcase feeder and a 25 ft air-cooled XR-Aluma-Pro push-pull gun. It covers 5-425 A, welds aluminum, stainless steel and steel, and runs synergic pulsed MIG with Profile Pulse. It suits fabrication as well as welding education and training, in industries such as shipbuilding, manufacturing and aerospace.

For all-day aluminum welding, the synchronized push-pull system keeps wire feeding consistent for high weld quality, and the balanced XR-Aluma-Pro gun makes joints easier to reach and helps the welder hold the right gun angle, stick-out and travel speed. Its cable has a durable covering and strain relief for industrial environments, and the rugged plastic suitcase feeder is light enough to carry to the joint when portability matters. The Auto-Line power source accepts 208-575 V input, and the system moves by handle, with running gear or a cart offered as an option.

Synergic pulsed MIG raises or lowers pulse parameters as wire speed changes, so no extra adjustments are needed, and Profile Pulse gives a stacked-dimes, TIG-like appearance without gun manipulation, with an adjustable frequency to set ripple spacing. Parameter and system locks support quality assurance, trigger schedule select switches between two parameter sets, and Insight compatibility monitors weld voltage, amperage and arc time. Fan-On-Demand cooling runs only when needed and Wind Tunnel Technology protects internal components. The package adds drive rolls for both gun and feeder, sized for .035-3/64 in. wire, and Fastip contact tips, three each for .035 and 3/64 aluminum.
