This Miller ArcReach 16 wire feeder package comes preassembled on a low-profile shop cart and adds a Bernard BTB 500 package. The feeder takes spools up to 60 lb and 3/32 in. wire, and its integrated, isolated gouging stud lets the operator switch between welding and gouging without swapping leads or disconnecting the feeder.

A heavy-duty drive motor with tachometer control keeps wire feed speed accurate and steady through each weld and repeatable from one weld to the next, for consistent arc quality. Trigger hold, wire jog and gas purge are on the front panel, and the wide voltage range handles small and large wires without contactor chatter or arc outages.

Getting started means connecting the feeder to the weld lead, and its isolated outputs then switch between welding and gouging at the push of a button. Doing away with feeder control cords and carrying an IP23 rating, the design is meant to hold up in harsh environments and cut downtime.
