Miller ArcReach 16 Portable Wire Feeder with Shop Cart, Voltage-Sensing, 301664

This Miller ArcReach 16 portable wire feeder comes preassembled on a low-profile shop cart whose handle doubles as a cable holder; no MIG gun is included. As a voltage-sensing feeder it works with almost any power source, with the XMT 650 as Miller's preferred pairing, and it accepts 60 lb spools and 3/32 in. wire.

Isolated outputs let the operator change between welding and gouging with one button, so the leads stay where they are and the feeder stays connected, and the isolated gouging stud handles the gouging connection at the point of use. Getting started only takes connecting the feeder to the weld lead. A spool cover and IP23 rating are part of this cart package, along with a hanging bail and a cable holder.

The low-profile shop cart makes this package easy to move around the shop. For field work, Miller offers a separate field roller package (301663) designed to roll over pan decking and other surfaces. Support for 60 lb spools and 3/32 in. wire is aimed at minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
