Miller ArcReach Smart Feeder Remote Wire Feeder, Bernard PipeWorx 300A MIG Gun

This Miller ArcReach Smart Feeder package pairs the remote wire feeder with a 15 ft Bernard PipeWorx 300 A MIG gun that takes Centerfire consumables. The feeder runs RMD, pulsed MIG, MIG and flux-cored welding at 50-500 IPM, and when paired with an ArcReach power source it gives remote voltage control up to 200 ft from the power source with no control cord.

Miller states that pairing with an ArcReach power source is required to get the ArcReach benefits: Cable Length Compensation (CLC), no control cords, improved jobsite safety, fleet compatibility with ArcReach power sources and more operator control. After the lead from the power source is connected, all controls shift to the feeder automatically. The package holds the feeder and the gun; drive rolls are not included.

RMD (regulated metal deposition) and pulsed MIG (GMAW-P) let one wire and one gas cover a procedure, so no time goes to process switch-over, and they help reduce weld failures. On some stainless and chrome-moly applications they can also remove the need for backing gas. Net dimensions are 21.5 x 18 x 13 in. (L x W x H), net weight is 50 lbs, and a handle makes it portable.
