Miller ArcReach SuitCase 12 Wire Feeder with Bernard IronPro 350 Flux-Cored Gun

This Miller ArcReach SuitCase 12 package pairs the suitcase wire feeder, which holds a 12-inch or 45 lb spool, with a 15 ft Bernard IronPro 350 flux-cored gun that accepts AccuLock S consumables. The feeder runs on a 14-48 VDC operating range, delivers 50-780 IPM wire feed speed and weighs 35 lbs.

For flux-cored welding the feeder takes wire from .030 to 5/64 in., and it also handles solid wire from .023 to .052 in. Wire feed speed is electronic with tachometer control, the front panel carries trigger hold, wire jog and gas purge, and wire can be changed with the feeder standing upright. Dual schedule operation is possible once a dual schedule switch, not included, is added.

The digital meters use SunVision technology, a gun locking tab keeps the gun from being pulled out prematurely, and the gas inlet is recessed into the rear of the case. Along with the feeder and gun, the package supplies Centerfire contact tips (three .045 and two .052) and a .068/.072-5/64 V-knurled drive roll kit, with the guides already installed. The feeder measures 15.5 x 9 x 21 in. (H x W x D).
