Miller Big Blue 400 PipePro Stainless Welder Generator with WIC, Mitsubishi

$22,986.99Price
Quantity

The Miller Big Blue 400 PipePro Stainless is a Mitsubishi-powered welder generator with Wireless Interface Control (WIC), Dynamic DIG arc control and ArcReach technology. From anywhere on the jobsite, WIC changes processes and parameters, recalls and stores preset programs, turns the machine on or off and delivers service reminders.

Because adjustments are made at the work rather than back at the engine-driven welder, the walk to the machine disappears, and Miller notes longer stretches between fill-ups and maintenance. Dynamic DIG replaces a fixed, preset amount of short-clearing current with a time-based algorithm, so the arc stays smoother and more consistent and can be tuned to the application, material, fit-up and technique.

The welder/generator also has simple-to-set controls, digital meters with SunVision Technology, an industrial USB port and adjustable hot start. Low OCV stick operation, thermal overload protection, a standard 14-pin receptacle, automatic engine idle and a 120 V block heater for the Mitsubishi engine complete the feature set.
