The Miller Big Blue 400 Pro ArcReach welder generator trailer package comes preassembled on a highway trailer, with a fire extinguisher/document holder and Tweco connectors included. The Kubota-powered multiprocess machine covers stick, MIG, flux-cored, DC TIG and air carbon arc work, with 20-400 A of DC stick and TIG output and 10,000 W of continuous generator power.

Package 951744 combines the Big Blue 400 ArcReach welder/generator with a fire extinguisher/document holder, Tweco connectors and a highway trailer, assembled ahead of time so the rig is mobile sooner. ArcReach provides cable length compensation (CLC) and removes the need for costly control cords, and Miller also cites better jobsite safety, more operator control and fleet compatibility with ArcReach power sources.

The engine-driven welder runs DC stick and DC TIG from 20 to 400 A and MIG or flux-cored from 14 to 40 V, and the generator gives 12,000 W at peak and 10,000 W continuously. Simple-to-set controls, digital meters with SunVision Technology, a standard 14-pin receptacle, an industrial USB port, automatic engine idle, adjustable hot start and a 120 V block heater are part of the machine.
