The Miller Big Blue 600 Air Pak diesel welder generator combines ArcReach remote control with 20,000 W of continuous three-phase power. Its Tier 4 compliant Deutz TD2.9 L4 engine is a turbocharged four-cylinder with a 25-gallon fuel capacity, a 120 V block heater and automatic glow plugs.

Paired with an ArcReach-compatible device, this engine-driven welder gives cordless remote control of the power source and lets weld settings be changed at the feeder, doing away with control cords and their cost. The electronic engine display shows engine RPM, battery voltage, oil pressure, coolant temperature, engine hours and fuel level at once, tracks oil change intervals and reports engine diagnostics.

As a welder/generator it has adjustable hot start, output control and auto-idle, plus digital meters with SunVision Technology, a standard 14-pin receptacle that offers auto-remote sense and an industrial USB port. The Deutz is a heavy-duty diesel engine, and the machine wears an HD powder coat finish that resists rust and corrosion.
