Miller Big Blue 600 Pro Deluxe Diesel Welder Generator, ArcReach, Kubota, 600A

The Miller Big Blue 600 Pro Deluxe diesel welder generator combines a Kubota engine and 600 A of DC welding output with ArcReach technology, a polarity reversing switch and a vandalism lockout kit. Its generator produces 27,000 W peak on three-phase or 15,000 W on single-phase, plus 20,000 W of continuous three-phase power.

Paired with an ArcReach-compatible device, this engine-driven welder gives cordless remote control of the power source and lets weld settings be changed at the feeder, doing away with control cords and their cost. The Kubota T4i diesel uses diesel oxidation catalyst technology, so the exhaust needs no aftertreatment maintenance.

The electronic engine display shows engine RPM, battery voltage, oil pressure, coolant temperature, engine hours and fuel level at once, tracks oil change intervals and reports engine diagnostics. Digital meters with SunVision Technology, an industrial USB port, a 14-pin receptacle with auto-remote sense, adjustable hot start, output control, auto-idle and an HD powder coat finish complete the welder/generator.
