Miller Bobcat 200 Air Pak Diesel Welder Generator, Air Compressor, 30 CFM, 210A

The Miller Bobcat 200 Air Pak Diesel is a welder generator with a built-in rotary-screw air compressor for class 3 to 5 service trucks. A 19 hp Kubota diesel drives a 210 A inverter-based welder for stick, DC TIG, flux-cored and MIG work, 30 cfm of compressed air, 6,500 W of continuous power and 12/24 V battery charge with crank assist.

This engine-driven welder spans 30-210 A for stick (SMAW), DC TIG (GTAW), flux-cored (FCAW) and MIG (GMAW), with aluminum welding, mobile fabrication and MRO among its applications and farm and ranch, construction and fabrication among its industries. The Rotorcomp compressor delivers 20 cfm at idle and 30 cfm (0.85 m3/min) at full speed, with 80-175 psig working pressure, a 100% duty cycle and high-pressure shutdown at 200 psi.

Auxiliary power is 6,500 W continuous and 8,000 W peak on single-phase, battery charge reaches 100 A and crank assist 300 A at 12/24 V, and Auto-Speed technology matches engine speed to weld and battery-charge demand. The Kubota idles at 2400 RPM, welds at 2400 or 3600 RPM and draws from a 7 gal. tank. The 644 lb unit measures 30 x 23 x 48 in., with a lift eye standard and running gear or a trailer optional.
