Miller Bobcat 200 Air Pak Gas Welder Generator, Air Compressor, 30 CFM, 210A

The Miller Bobcat 200 Air Pak is a gas welder generator with a built-in rotary-screw air compressor, pairing a 210 A inverter-based welder for stick, DC TIG, flux-cored and MIG work with 30 cfm of compressed air and 6,500 W of continuous auxiliary power. Its 23 hp Kohler gasoline engine also runs 12/24 V battery charge and crank assist.

This engine-driven welder spans 30-210 A for stick (SMAW), DC TIG (GTAW), flux-cored (FCAW) and MIG (GMAW), with aluminum welding among its applications and farm and ranch, construction and fabrication among its industries. Single-phase auxiliary power is 6,500 W continuous and 8,000 W peak, and Auto-Speed technology adjusts engine speed by itself as weld and battery-charge loads change, between 2400 RPM idle and 2400 or 3600 RPM weld speed.

The Rotorcomp rotary-screw compressor supplies 20 cfm at idle and 30 cfm (0.85 m3/min) at full speed, with 80-175 psig working pressure, a 100% duty cycle and high-pressure shutdown at 200 psi. Battery charge reaches 100 A and crank assist 300 A at 12/24 V, the tank holds 7 gal., and Miller states that running this unit instead of the truck engine can cut truck idle time by up to 75 percent.
