The Miller Bobcat 265 Air Pak is a Kohler-powered welder generator with a built-in rotary-screw air compressor rated up to 160 psi, made for stick and flux-cored welding. Battery charge and crank assist, Auto-Set technology and a direct spool gun connection come with this Air Pak, which suits maintenance and repair, construction, farm and ranch work.

The rotary-screw compressor runs most air impact wrenches even at idle, holds a 100 percent duty cycle at 30 CFM from 80 to 160 PSI and offers four air access points. A digital interface with Auto-Set handles weld parameters for any process, and data screens provide predictive maintenance information and productivity monitoring.

The integrated 10-pin connection accepts Spoolmate and Spoolmatic spool guns directly, with no adapter, for aluminum welding. As a welder/generator it holds auxiliary power at full output without disturbing the arc, and Accu-Rated generator power makes 11,000 W of peak output usable for at least 30 seconds. ArcReach and remote start/stop are not part of this Air Pak.
