The Miller Bobcat 265 LP welder generator is a Kohler-powered engine-driven welder for stick and flux-cored welding that runs on liquid propane (LP) only. Accu-Rated generator power gives 11,000 W of usable peak output for at least 30 seconds, a digital Auto-Set interface speeds setup, and a 10-pin spool gun connection is built in. This LP model has no remote start/stop.

Made for maintenance and repair, construction, farm and ranch work and auxiliary power, this welder/generator burns liquid propane exclusively. The digital interface with Auto-Set helps the operator dial in precise weld parameters for each process, and stick (SMAW) arcs start easily with less spatter on 7018 and 6010 electrodes. The integrated 10-pin spool gun connection needs no adapter and is optimized for Spoolmate and Spoolmatic guns, which adds aluminum welding to the jobs the machine can take on.

Generator output is Accu-Rated, so the 11,000 W usable peak holds long enough for motor starting, plasma cutting or a Millermatic MIG welder, and auxiliary power stays free of arc interference while welding. Predictive maintenance information and productivity screens help plan service and track machine use. Daily checks are quick: oil is checked from the top by the front panel, the panels open without tools, and fuel fill and oil drain/filter sit on one side. Miller rates it over 100 lb lighter and 13% smaller than previous models.
