Miller Bobcat 265 Vanguard Gas Welder Generator, Stick/Flux-Cored, 907848

The Miller Bobcat 265 Vanguard welder generator is a gas engine-driven welder for stick and flux-cored welding, aimed at maintenance and repair, construction, farm, ranch and auxiliary power work. It provides 11,000 W of Accu-Rated usable peak generator power for at least 30 seconds, sets up through a digital Auto-Set interface and has a built-in 10-pin spool gun connection. Remote start/stop is not included on this model.

The Vanguard gas engine is what sets this Bobcat 265 apart, and it comes without remote start/stop. The digital interface with Auto-Set helps the operator dial in precise weld parameters for each process, and stick (SMAW) arcs start easily with less spatter on 7018 and 6010 electrodes. Spoolmate and Spoolmatic spool guns plug straight into the integrated 10-pin connection with no adapter, opening up aluminum welding for the welder/generator.

Accu-Rated generator output holds the 11,000 W usable peak long enough for motor starting, plasma cutting or a Millermatic MIG welder, and auxiliary power stays free of arc interference while welding. Predictive maintenance information and productivity screens help plan service and track machine use. Oil is checked from the top by the front panel, the panels open without tools, and fuel fill and oil drain/filter sit on one side. Miller rates it over 100 lb lighter and 13% smaller than previous models.
