The Miller Continuum 350 Advanced MIG System is a modular MIG welding system that runs improved MIG, Accu-Pulse, RMD and High-Deposition MIG processes. Building on Miller's Axcess System, it pairs an easy-to-read LCD interface with an all-new wire feeder, gives less spatter on thin and thick metals alike, and adapts to many weld-cell configurations.

Accu-Pulse lowers spatter and heat input, sharpens arc control and stays forgiving when stick-out changes. Improved MIG gives consistently smooth arc starts with less spatter, RMD suits thin material and gap filling with very little spatter, and High-Deposition MIG, normally chosen for heavier material and bigger welds, deposits faster than standard spray transfer while putting less heat into the part.

The LCD displays full words, graphics and numbers instead of codes, so setup and adjustment take minimal training, and the user interface can sit at the power source, the feeder or a remote operator interface. Eight program/memory buttons, USB for updates and cloning, and a browser-based connection for parameters, machine settings, locks and limits complete the controls. The feeder has faster motor response, balanced-pressure drive rolls with tensioners and a tool-less, lockable drive that rotates to remove sharp bends in the wire path, and it takes standard spools, 60 lb spools or bulk wire.
