Miller Continuum Single Wire Feeder, 15 ft Bernard BTB 400A MIG Gun, 951631001

The Miller Continuum Single is an industrial wire feeder with Tru-Feed technology, meant to run with a Continuum power source and packaged with a 15 ft Bernard BTB 400 A MIG gun. It covers MIG (GMAW), flux-cored (FCAW) and air carbon arc gouging and cutting (CAC-A), with an output voltage range of 10-44 V.

Wire feeding relies on balanced-pressure drive rolls with tensioners, which keep the wire straight for consistent feeding, and on a low-inertia motor that reacts quickly for clean arc starts with little spatter. Precise feeding supports a stable arc, and setup and adjustment take little training on Miller's new user interface.

Tru-Feed technology is aimed at higher productivity, with gains in system flexibility, ease of use and weld quality. The package contains the single feeder, the 15 ft, 400 A Bernard BTB MIG gun, .035/.045 in. V-grooved drive rolls and ten contact tips, five each in .035 and .045.
