The Miller Deltaweld 350 MIGRunner is a complete three-phase MIG welder package: the Deltaweld 350 power source with ArcConnect and Accu-Pulse, the standard Intellx wire feeder with a 15 ft Bernard gun, and running gear with a dual cylinder rack. It runs on 230/460 V input and delivers 20-400 A at 10-38 V.

Accu-Pulse gives precise control of the pulse arc and the molten puddle, and in many applications it can raise wire feed speed and deposition by 20 to 25 percent. ArcConnect's high-speed signals improve weld performance and put the point-of-use controls at the feeder, so this power source has no digital meters or 14-pin receptacle and links to the feeder through the included 9 ft ArcConnect cable. EZ-Set parameters, Wind Tunnel Technology and Fan-On-Demand are standard.

This package uses the basic Intellx feeder rather than the Intellx Pro. It has arc control for fine tuning, a digital display, remote voltage, a jog/purge button, a rotatable drive assembly and balanced-pressure drive rolls with tensioners. It feeds .023 to 5/64 in. wire at 50-780 IPM from spools up to 18 in. and 60 lbs. The package also includes a gas hose and flowmeter regulator, lugged 4/0 weld cable, a work cable with 600 A C-clamp, .035/.045 V-groove drive rolls and spare Bernard Centerfire contact tips.
