The Miller Deltaweld 500 MIGRunner is a complete three-phase MIG welder package built on the Deltaweld 500 power source (907786) with ArcConnect, Accu-Pulse and digital meters. It adds a single-wire Intellx Pro feeder with a 15 ft Bernard gun and running gear with a dual cylinder rack, runs on 575 V input and delivers up to 650 A at 10-44 V.

Accu-Pulse gives precise control of the pulse arc and the molten puddle, and in many applications it can raise wire feed speed and deposition by 20 to 25 percent. ArcConnect's high-speed signals improve weld performance and put the point-of-use controls at the feeder, so this power source has no 14-pin receptacle and links to the feeder with the included 9 ft ArcConnect cable. Auxiliary power is standard, and a dedicated CC gouge mode handles carbon arc gouging with carbons up to 3/8 in.

The Intellx Pro feeder adds EZ-Set MIG, EZ-Set Accu-Pulse and memory recall buttons to arc control for fine tuning, a digital display, remote voltage, a jog/purge button, a rotatable drive assembly and balanced-pressure drive rolls with tensioners, and it runs stainless, flux-cored and metal-cored wire plus other wire and gas types. It feeds .023 to 5/64 in. wire at 50-780 IPM from spools up to 18 in. and 60 lbs. The feeder weighs 44.8 lbs, and the package also includes a gas hose and flowmeter regulator, lugged 4/0 weld cable and a work cable with 600 A C-clamp.
