The Miller Dynasty 210 Complete is an AC/DC TIG welder package with wireless foot control, built around a Dynasty 210 TIG/stick machine fitted with CPS. It adds a Coolmate 1.3 water cooler, a Small Runner Cart, a 25 ft W-250 TIG torch kit and a case of coolant, and Auto-Line input accepts 120-480 V from a single- or three-phase supply.

Package contents: the Dynasty 210 with CPS, the Coolmate 1.3 water cooler, a Small Runner Cart (301318), the Wireless Foot Control (301580), a W-250 25 ft TIG torch kit with accessories (300185), one case of coolant (4 gallons, 043810) and an 8 ft (2.4 m) primary cord with no plug. The CPS receptacle powers the cooler at 120 V, and Cooler-On-Demand runs it only when cooling is needed. Going wireless at the pedal removes the foot control cord, which means fewer tangles and trip hazards and more reach.

Pulse control covers on/off, frequency up to 500 PPS, peak duty cycle, background, initial and final amperage, and slope times. For aluminum welding, AC balance runs 30-99% for oxide cleaning and AC frequency 20-400 Hz, with soft squarewave, classic sine wave and triangular waveforms. TIG arcs start by Lift-Arc or the Blue Lightning high-frequency starter, and in stick mode (SMAW) DIG, adaptive Hot Start and Low OCV Stick shape the arc, the strike and the idle voltage.
