The Miller Dynasty 210 is a 47 lb AC/DC TIG/stick inverter welder whose Auto-Line input connects to single- or three-phase power from 120 to 480 V without manual linking. It delivers 1-210 A, welds aluminum from 0.012 in. and steel from 0.020 in. up to 1/4 in. thick, and carries by its handle or adjustable shoulder strap.

Setup runs through an LCD whose on-screen explanations and images help with machine setup and parameter choices, and program memory stores weld programs. Pro-Set offers preset values for balance, frequency, pulse and DIG, Locks and Limits keeps settings inside the ranges of a welding procedure specification (WPS), and a USB port handles software updates, settings backups and program transfers between machines. QuietPulse reshapes the DC pulse waveform for a smoother shift between background and peak current, which lowers the noise of pulsed TIG (GTAW).

For stick (SMAW), DIG arc control lets the welder pick a smooth arc for 7018 or a stiffer, deeper-digging arc for 6010, and adaptive Hot Start helps electrodes strike without sticking. TIG arcs start by Lift-Arc or the Blue Lightning high-frequency starter, and the machine is compatible with wireless remote controls. Included are the power source, a 2.4 m primary cord, the shoulder strap and two 50 mm Dinse-style connectors; a running gear/cart is optional. The Dynasty 210 serves aerospace, racing, railcar, shipbuilding, heavy equipment, and farm and ranch work.
