Miller Dynasty 210 TIGRunner AC/DC TIG Welder, Coolmate 1.3, Cart, 120-480V

The Miller Dynasty 210 TIGRunner is an AC/DC TIG welder package that brings together the Dynasty 210 power source with CPS, a Coolmate 1.3 cooler and a Small Runner Cart. Auto-Line input takes single- or three-phase power from 120 to 480 V with no manual linking, and the machine covers 1-210 A with pulse up to 500 PPS.

In the package are the Dynasty 210 with CPS, the Coolmate 1.3, a Small Runner Cart (301318) and an 8 ft (2.4 m) primary cord without a plug. The CPS is a dedicated 120-volt receptacle that powers the cooler, and Cooler-On-Demand switches the auxiliary cooling on only when required. The machine works with wireless remote controls, and a memory card port lets software be updated and product features be added.

Four AC waveforms tailor the arc for aluminum welding: advanced squarewave for a fast-freezing puddle, deep penetration and quick travel, soft squarewave for a soft arc with strong puddle control, sine wave for a quiet, traditional feel and triangular wave for less heat input on thin aluminum. Arc starts are by Lift-Arc or Blue Lightning high frequency. In stick mode (SMAW), DIG and adaptive Hot Start shape the arc and strike, and Low OCV Stick drops open-circuit voltage to 5-10 VDC while the machine is idle.
