Miller Dynasty 300 TIGRunner AC/DC TIG Welder, Coolmate 1.3, Cart, 208-600V

The Miller Dynasty 300 TIGRunner is an AC/DC TIG welder package that combines the Dynasty 300 with CPS, a Coolmate 1.3 cooler and a Small Runner cart. Rated 250 A at 20 V and 60% duty cycle, it welds material up to 3/8 in. thick, and Auto-Line input takes single- or three-phase power from 208 to 600 V.

The package contains the Dynasty 300 power source with an adjustable shoulder strap and center carry handle, the Coolmate 1.3 cooler, a Small Runner cart and an 8 ft power cord with no plug. A torch, remote control and coolant are not part of it. The CPS is an integrated 120-volt receptacle for the cooler, switched on with the welder's power switch to help prevent torch failure.

Amperage spans 1-300 A on DC and 2-300 A on AC, and the processes are AC/DC TIG, pulsed TIG, stick (SMAW) and air carbon arc. Up to 99 custom weld programs can be stored, with settings made through the LCD and Pro-Set controls. QuietPulse lowers noise during DC pulse welding, adaptive Hot Start gives reliable arc starts, and the IP23 enclosure suits outdoor use when the machine is sheltered from precipitation. The power source weighs 55 lb (25 kg).
