Miller Dynasty 400 TIG Welder Package, Wireless Foot Control, Cooler and Cart

The Miller Dynasty 400 Complete Package is a TIG welder setup with wireless foot control, built around a power source rated 300 A at 32 V and 60% duty cycle on 3-phase input. It adds a Runner Cart, a Coolmate 4 PRO cooler with 4 gallons of coolant and a W-375 torch kit, and it welds steel or aluminum up to 5/8 in. thick.

Contents are the Dynasty 400 power source, a Runner Cart (300244), a Coolmate 4 PRO cooler with coolant (4 gallons, 043810), a W-375 torch kit (301268), a wireless foot control (301580), two 50 mm Dinse-style connectors, a setup DVD and a quick reference guide. Input power is 208-575 V through an 8 ft cord supplied without a plug, the amperage range is 3-400 A, and the generator requirement is 20 kW.

Arc starts are by Lift-Arc or Blue Lightning high frequency, and AC pulse reaches 500 pulses per second, with Quiet Pulse technology on board. A 7 in. LCD, 9 program memories, Auto-Postflow, fan-on-demand and a USB port for updates are built in, along with Auto-Line technology and a cooler power supply (CPS). Stick welding (SMAW) includes DIG and Hot Start control.
