Miller Hard Hat PAPR Welding Respirator with T94iH-R Helmet, HEPA, 287510

The Miller Hard Hat PAPR is a powered air-purifying welding respirator that pairs the T94iH-R helmet with a HEPA-filtered Gen 2 blower for demanding industrial welding and grinding. An integrated clear grinding shield gives a 180-degree field of view, and the lightweight, low-profile blower produces a flow rate of up to 215 LPM, with two lithium-ion batteries in the kit.

The T94iH-R is built for heat and impact: an aluminum heat shield guards the lens during high-amp welding, a shock-absorbing gasket cushions it against drop impact, and the silver shell reflects heat. The headgear has been redesigned with extra adjustment settings for a better fit and more comfort, and the well-balanced T94 design uses a Dualtec manifold with 6-point air distribution.

On the blower, an LCD reports current time, fan speed, battery level and filter timer. The fan runs at low, medium or high, a six-bar gauge shows remaining charge, and audible and vibrating alarms signal a low battery. Each lithium-ion battery lasts up to 8 hours and recharges in 3 hours. The package also contains six prefilters, a spark guard, breathing tube and cover, padded belt, shoulder straps, a battery charger, a flowmeter and a tool bag.
