Miller Intellx Elite Dual Wire Feeder for Deltaweld 350/500, 2 Bernard BTB Guns

The Miller Intellx Elite Dual is an industrial dual wire feeder that pairs with Deltaweld 350 and 500 power sources, packaged with two Bernard BTB guns. It adds Accu-Pulse pulsed MIG, EZ-Set, steel and multi-material weld programs, memory buttons, locks and limits, and full sequence arc control.

Pulsed MIG comes with the Intellx Pro or Elite feeder, and Miller credits it with widening the operating window by 28 percent and making the arc more forgiving of differences in operator technique, helping new and experienced welders reach production faster. The Elite's new arc control feature is designed to give better welds while keeping parameter changes to a minimum, and EZ-Set takes the complexity out of setup by working from material thickness, which cuts the time needed to train welders. Weld programs cover steel and multiple materials.
