Miller Intellx Elite Wire Feeder for Deltaweld 350/500, Bernard Q4015 Gun

The Miller Intellx Elite is an industrial wire feeder designed for Deltaweld 350 and 500 power sources, and this package includes a Bernard Q4015 gun. It adds pulse capability through Accu-Pulse, along with EZ-Set, steel and multi-material weld programs, memory buttons, locks and limits, full sequence control and arc control.

The Elite's new arc control feature is designed to give better welds while keeping parameter changes to a minimum, and EZ-Set takes the complexity out of setup by working from material thickness, which cuts the time needed to train welders. Locks and limits, full sequence control and memory buttons round out the controls, and the weld programs cover steel as well as multiple materials.
