Miller Intellx Pro Dual Wire Feeder, Two 15 ft Bernard BTB 300A MIG Guns, 951816

The Miller Intellx Pro Dual is a dual wire feeder designed for the Deltaweld 350, supplied with two 15 ft, 300 A Bernard BTB MIG guns. Compared with the standard Intellx, the Pro handles stainless, flux-cored and metal-cored wire plus other wire and gas types, and it feeds .023 to 5/64 in. wire at 50-780 IPM.

EZ-Set covers both MIG and Accu-Pulse setup, and memory recall buttons, a digital display, arc control for fine tuning and a jog and purge button sit on the feeder, along with the digital meters, remote voltage and trigger hold common to Intellx feeders. Balanced-pressure drive rolls with tensioners feed the wire straight and true, the drive assembly rotates, and the Accu-Mate connection aligns each gun in the drive-roll carrier so it does not pull loose.

Spools up to 18 in. and 60 lbs fit on the feeder, which weighs 44.8 lbs and measures 16.25 in. high, 12.38 in. wide and 27.88 in. long. Besides the two guns, the package supplies two .035/.045 V-groove drive rolls and two sets of Centerfire contact tips, each set with three .035 and two .045 tips.
