Miller Intellx Pro Dual Wire Feeder for Deltaweld 350, Bernard BTB Gun Package

The Miller Intellx Pro Dual is an industrial dual wire feeder for the Deltaweld 350 that adds arc control, memory buttons, steel programs, EZ-Set and Accu-Pulse pulsed MIG. This package pairs the Intellx Pro feeder with a Bernard BTB gun package and .035/.045 in. V-groove drive rolls.

Pulsed MIG comes with the Intellx Pro or Elite feeder, and Miller credits it with widening the operating window by 28 percent and making the arc more forgiving of differences in operator technique, helping new and experienced welders reach production faster. EZ-Set takes the complexity out of setup by working from material thickness, which cuts the time needed to train welders.
