Miller Intellx Basic Single Wire Feeder for Deltaweld 350, 15 ft Bernard BTB Gun

The Miller Intellx Basic Single is an industrial single-wire feeder designed for the Deltaweld 350, packaged with a 15 ft Bernard BTB MIG gun. It feeds .023 to 5/64 in. wire at 50-780 IPM, holds spools up to 18 in. and 60 lbs, and has jog/purge control, arc control, remote voltage and digital meters.

Balanced-pressure drive rolls with tensioners feed the wire straight and true for consistent performance, and the drive assembly is rotatable. The Accu-Mate connection aligns the gun in the drive-roll carrier so it does not pull loose and wire keeps feeding steadily. Arc control allows fine tuning, and the feeder has a jog and purge button and a digital display.

Built as an industrial MIG (GMAW) feeder, it weighs 44.8 lbs and measures 16.25 in. high, 12.38 in. wide and 27.88 in. long. Along with the gun, the package includes .035/.045 V-groove drive rolls and Centerfire contact tips, three in .035 and two in .045.
