The Miller Maxstar 210 is a 38 lb DC TIG/stick inverter welder rated 210 A at 18.4 V and 60% duty cycle. Auto-Line input runs it on single- or three-phase power from 120 to 480 V, and a pulse mode in DC TIG adds puddle agitation, arc stability and travel speed while cutting heat input and distortion.

Smooth, precise DC TIG (GTAW) output suits exotic materials, and TIG arcs start by Lift Arc without high frequency. For stick (SMAW), adaptive Hot Start raises output at the strike when needed to keep the electrode from sticking, E6010 rod runs on every input voltage, and Low OCV Stick drops open-circuit voltage to 9-14 VDC while the machine is idle. Digital meters, Pro-Set, dual TIG and dual stick schedules and a memory card port for software updates handle setup.

The package includes the power source, an 8 ft (2.4 m) primary cord, an adjustable shoulder strap and two 50 mm Dinse-style connectors. Fan-On-Demand runs the cooling fan only when required, which cuts noise, power use and the dirt drawn through the machine, and Wind Tunnel Technology routes internal airflow so electrical components and PC boards stay protected. A standby timer powers the welder down after a set idle time, and the compact build suits both field work and shop use.
