Miller Multimatic 215 PRO Multiprocess Welder
The Multimatic 215 PRO is a 35 lb multiprocess welder for MIG, flux-cored, DC stick and DC TIG, with pulsed MIG and pulsed TIG capability. It runs on 120 or 240 V through MVP plugs, is rated 160 A at 60% duty cycle on 240 V, and brings Auto-Set to every process.
Dyna-Pulse is the MIG arc-control feature. BeadVision displays a graphic as settings change, showing how penetration and bead profile are affected. Auto-Set with Fine-Tune Control offers predefined settings covering material thickness, wire type and travel speed, which can be trimmed for weld preference, arc length and amperage.
A dual solenoid and two gas connections keep both MIG and TIG gas hooked up at once, and Gas Detect checks for shielding gas, flags supply problems and purges the line at startup. The machine senses a spool gun or MIG gun on its own, a thermal overload cutout stops it when airflow is obstructed or the duty cycle is passed, and software updates load over USB.
