Miller Multimatic 215 PRO Multiprocess Welder with Running Gear
This Multimatic 215 PRO configuration adds single-cylinder running gear to the 35 lb multiprocess welder, which handles MIG, flux-cored, DC stick and DC TIG with pulsed MIG and pulsed TIG. It runs on 120 or 240 V through MVP plugs and is rated 160 A at 60% duty cycle on 240 V.
Auto-Set supplies predefined settings for MIG, flux-cored, DC TIG and DC stick, with room to fine-tune them. Gas Detect checks for shielding gas, flags supply problems and purges the line at startup, and a dual solenoid lets MIG and TIG gases stay connected. Software updates arrive over USB, and a color LCD guides setup across MIG, TIG and stick.
The running gear is a single-cylinder unit supplied with the welder. Also in the package are a 15 ft MDX 100 MIG gun, plus a 15 ft electrode holder and a 15 ft work cable with 25 mm Dinse-style connectors, a flow gauge regulator with hose for argon or Ar/CO2 gas, two contact tips, a Quick Select drive roll, a thickness gauge and cord wraps.
