Miller Multimatic 220 AC/DC Multiprocess Welder, Dual Cart, Wireless Foot Pedal
This Multimatic 220 AC/DC package combines the MIG, DC stick and AC/DC TIG welder with a Miller dual cylinder welding cart and a wireless foot pedal. QuickTech switches polarity and process automatically, the welder runs on 120 or 240 V input, and the cart rolls on 8-inch rubber rear wheels.
The cart is built heavy-duty, rolls on 8-inch rubber rear wheels and adds front handles, a plastic box for consumables and holders for cables. It moves gas cylinders up to 7 inches (178 mm) in diameter and 65 pounds (29.5 kg) in weight along with the welder, and the wireless foot pedal removes the cord from TIG control.
High-frequency, non-contact arc starting helps keep tungsten and the workpiece free of contamination. Pro-Set covers AC balance and frequency in TIG, DC pulse in TIG and DIG in stick, Auto-Set Elite supplies predefined weld settings, and 6010 stick electrode capability is included. A generator of 10000 W or more gives full output.
