This Multimatic 235 package combines the 63 lb multiprocess welder with EZ-Latch dual cylinder running gear that has an elevated gun and cable rack, plus the Multimatic 235/255 TIG kit. The welder covers MIG, flux-cored, stick and DC TIG with an amperage range of 20-235 A.

The dual cylinder running gear holds two gas cylinders, secured with two chains, and its elevated rack carries the gun and cables. The package supplies two flow gauge regulators with hoses for argon or Ar/CO2 mix, plus the 235/255 TIG kit. Rated output is 170 A at 22.5 V (CV, MIG and flux-cored), 150 A at 26 V (CC, stick) and 180 A at 17.2 V (CC, DC TIG), all at 60% duty cycle.

Gun-On-Demand identifies whichever gun is triggered, MIG or spool, and recalls the voltage and wire feed speed stored for it. The MDX-250 gun uses an AccuLock liner that loads from the front and locks at both ends to keep the wire path aligned, and its handle combines a rubber overmold with a ball-and-socket design. Capacity runs from 24 ga. to 3/8 in. mild steel in MIG and TIG and from 18 ga. to 3/8 in. aluminum in MIG.
