Miller Multimatic 255 Multiprocess Welder with Running Gear (208-575 V)
This Multimatic 255 package adds EZ-Latch single cylinder running gear to the 84 lb multiprocess welder, which runs MIG, pulsed MIG, flux-cored, DC stick, DC Lift-Arc and pulsed TIG. Auto-Line accepts any single-phase input from 208-575 V with no manual linking, and a 7-inch color LCD handles setup.
Auto-Line hooks up to any single-phase voltage between 208 and 575 V without relinking. Pulsed MIG brings lower heat input for thin material, Program mode saves favorite weld settings, and Auto-Set Elite supplies predefined settings.
Latches secure the machine to the running gear and release when the retaining knob is loosened and the latches are rotated, which lets the machine and running gear be loaded into a truck without a lift truck. The package adds a 15 ft MDX MIG gun rated 250 A and matched to Bernard S Series consumables, a 10 ft power cord without a plug, cables with 50 mm Dinse connectors, a regulator and hose, extra contact tips and 0.035/0.045 in reversible drive rolls.
